Legislation recently passed bt the House of Representatives makes it easier for small investors to give money for small business startups. The Entrpreneur Access to Capital Act will allow up to $10,000 to be but into businesses that are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commision.Websites have been set up allowing entrepreneurs explain what their plan is and what they want to accomplish with funding. Investors can provide money based on interest. Through the internet a wider audience is reached by business owners. This legislation may provide better access to funding.
